Commends Augusta Tomorrow

I commend Augusta Tomorrow for the work it's doing to improve our city. The organization's members are dedicated residents striving to provide the Garden City with a better tomorrow.

One of their latest endeavors is the Augusta Common Project - a downtown park area. The common will be a great asset to our community. Not only will it give us additional green space for recreation, it also will help our city economically by bringing in new businesses.

The common will be an excellent addition to downtown. In order for it to succeed, however, the project needs the support of the community. The project is still in need of some funding if it's to be completed on schedule.

We as a community should want to support this improvement committee to further the beautification of the downtown area. Find out how you or your organization can help.

Katie West, Grovetown
