Kim is looking for consistency in four rounds
Anthony Kim thinks his game fits well at Augusta National Golf Club, setting him up nicely to win the major championship he wants most. Kim proved his point with a Sunday charge last year, using a 7-under 65 to finish alone in third place a year after he set a Masters Tournament single-round record with 11 birdies en route to a second-round 65.
Chance for Kim is now
Anthony Kim obviously isn't one of those players who has to play in a few Masters Tournaments before he feels comfortable. In just his second tournament round, Kim broke the Masters record for birdies in a round with 11 en route to 7-under-par 65. He would finish tied for 20th.
Kim has 'a lot of game'
As the PGA Tour makes its final stop before the Masters at the Shell Houston Open this week, the spotlight is on Anthony Kim.
Kim did not yield without a fight, despite sore thumb
The hottest young golfer on the PGA Tour blazed his way into contention late Sunday afternoon.
