Two statistics that go well together—John Daly was third in driving distance on Tour last year and fifth in putting average. Those are the stats of a Masters winner. And although Augusta’s galleries may fancy themselves a touch on the highbrow side, there’s nobody that could get them rocking like this good ol’ Southern boy.
