Bubba Watson’s repetition for wearing identical outfits all four tournament days cannot be considered a fashion faux pas.

The style choice is all for a good cause.

Watson has worn four white ensembles this week to raise money for Fresh Start, a California-based organization that offers cosmetic reconstructive surgery for children with physical defects, according to his agent, Jens M. Beck.

Golf apparel line Travis Mathew is selling 100 replicas of Watson’s shirt and belt on travismathew.com, and the proceeds will go to Fresh Start.

The $200 outfit is a white four-button placket shirt with pink stitching on the chest and shoulders and a Bubba Watson stamped signature belt with Masters 2012 detail, according to the Web site.

If Travis Mathew sells out, an additional $50,000 will be donated to Fresh Start, Beck said.

Watson has chosen to use his professional golf status to raise money for three types of charities: cancer research, military causes and anything to do with children, Beck said.

“This year his drive is to raise awareness,” Beck said. “His goal is to raise $1 million for charities.”
