Moving Day at the Masters

It's Moving Day at the Masters Tournament.

Bubba Watson holds the lead at 7-under, but there are 50 players who are chasing him and hope to use the ideal scoring conditions to catch the 2012 champion.

The first tee time at Augusta National is 10:15 with Rory McIlroy going off with a noncompeting marker.

Today's weather forecast calls for highs in the low 80s and light winds. The third round is traditionally called Moving Day as players jockey to get into position to make a run for the green jacket.

Watson goes off in the final pairing at 2:45 p.m. with John Senden.

A pair of Europeans, Thomas Bjorn and Jonas Blixt, are in the penultimate group at 2:35.

Perhaps the featurd pairing of the day is at 2:25 when defending champion Adam Scott goes off with first-timer Jordan Spieth.

Five former Masters champions over the age of 50 made the 36-hole cut, led by Freddie Couples. The 1992 Masters champion is at 2-under and tied for seventh.

For the first time since 1994, there will be no Phil Mickelson or Tiger Woods playing at Augusta on the weekend. Mickelson missed the cut by one shot, and Woods withdrew last week after having back surgery.
