VANTAGE POINTS

Chairs without armrests, such as this one, are acceptable. (File/Staff)

The putting green

Located just behind the 10th tee, you can watch as golfers prepare for their round. Most spend a few minutes practicing with their putter before they tee off.

The practice tee

Seating is available in the bleachers behind the tee. It is standing room only to the right of the tee. Located beside Magnolia Lane at the entrance to the club, the range is 265 yards with an 105-foot tall restraining net. A chipping area, on the other side of Magnolia Lane, is also open to spectators.

Behind the No. 4 tee

This is a good spot to see action on two holes, with views of the approach to the No. 3 green and the tee shot on the par-3 No. 4.

Chairs with armrests, such as this one, will not be allowed on the course. The ban on folding chairs with arms will be enforced. (File/Staff)

Behind the No. 7 green

A great spot to see a lot of golf, with views down the No. 2 and No. 3 fairways, the No. 7 green, the No. 8 tee and the No. 17 fairway.

Behind the No. 12 tee

Located in the heart of Amen Corner, spectators can see the approach shots to No. 11, the entire 12th hole, and tee shots and second shots on the par-5 No. 13.

Bleachers by No. 15 green

Lots of action here, with views of approaches to the par-5 No. 15 and tee shots on the par-3 No. 16.

Souvenirs are available at outdoor golf shops. (File/Staff)

Hill behind no. 18 green

If you stake out a spot early enough, you can see approach shots to the final green and have a sweeping view of several other holes.
