The Record Fountain, located left of the 17th green, is one place on the course where you can find the names and scores of all Masters Tournament champions.

It was dedicated in 1959 on the 25th anniversary of the first Masters and is easy to spot: it is hexagonal and includes multiple drinking fountains. Bubba Watson’s name and 278 total will be added in time for the 2013 Masters.

A progression of course records at Augusta National, beginning with Ed Dudley’s 69 in 1934 to Greg Norman’s 63 in 1996, is also included.

Patrick Cantlay won the Silver Cup as low amateur. He shot even-par 72 on Sunday to finish his first Masters at 7-over 295.

The 20-year-old sophomore at UCLA was one of three amateurs to make the cut.

Q: What did you take away from your experience?

A: Well, I learned a lot about the golf course and angles to play and places to hit it and not to hit it. I think that’s really going to benefit me when I come back in the future.

Q: What did you learn about your game?

A: Well, I think the really good, perfect greens really cleaned up my putting stroke. I feel great on the greens, and I didn’t feel that good coming in. So I feel awesome about my putting right now.

Q: What’s it like going to play in a college event so soon after a major?

A: It will be good. It will be fun. I hope our team can win.
